a project by people+artist+place, in association with Metro Arts.
Open Actions was a weekend arts program centred around six participatory artworks based around the Enoggera Reservoir. Artists: Aishla Manning, Anthony Baker, Aurora Christie-Liddle, Guyala Bayles, Joella Warkill, Keemon Williams, Kylie Spear (in collaboration with Tom Kidd), and Primitive Motion (Sandra Selig & Leighton Craig)
'plop' was an artwork that consisted of frozen blocks of dam-water ice that were sent down a custom built slide by the slide attendant each hour. The slide was created especially for the dam so it could have some fun.
